Booking Fees
Tickets include a 10% booking fee, which is added on the payment page.
Refunds
Admission to the bullring and, where applicable, the refund of its amount in accordance with current legislation (Article 70 RTA) is subject to possessing the official, complete, intact, and untampered ticket.
The period for refunding the amount will begin from the moment the suspension, postponement, or modification is announced and will end 4 days after the date set for the event or 1 hour before its start in case of modification (Article 70 RTA).
If the event is suspended due to reasons not attributable to the company or due to bad weather, once the first bull has entered the ring, the spectator will not be entitled to any refund (Article 70 RTA).
